The Orange Prize for fiction short list was announced in London on 12th April. This is the only prize presented exclusively to women authors. The prize celebrates excellence, originality and accessibility in women’s writing throughout the world.
The prize will be awarded at a ceremony to be held at The Core Ballroom, Royal Festival Hall, Southbank, London, on June 8th 2011.
