Kate Greenaway Medal 2012

The CILIP Kate Greenaway Medal is awarded annully for an outstanding book in terms of illustration for children and young people.

The book that wins the Kate Greenaway Medal should be a book of outstanding artistic quality. The who work should provide pleasure from a stimulating and satisfying visual experience which leaves a lasting impression.

The shortlist will be announced in late March and the winning title in June 2012.
