Free delivery
- You get free delivery to UK destinations, on any size order!
- The average turnaround is 7-10 working days throughout the UK.
- To allow you greater flexibility, if you would like to specify a delivery date later than this you can. This can be particularly useful for orders being processed during school vacations. At your request, we will deliver during the holidays or at the beginning of the next term.
- If your order is a non-stocked item and is delayed for any reason, we will notify you by post or email with an explanation of the delay. The title will be kept on order indefinitely and supplied to you when it becomes available. You may cancel this order with us at any time.

- Our knowledgeable and enthusiastic customer team make textbook buying easy. We don't have an electronic queuing system - you'll always be answered by one of the team. All our customer team members are trained to deal with any of your enquiries so you can be helped straight away. - Inspection copies can be provided if you would like to view and assess the suitability of a book before you buy. These are normally on 28 days approval.

Library servicing
Take all the hassle out of preparing your library books. Our full library servicing facility means your books can arrive shelf ready to your specifications. Servicing options include:

Our price for fitting a plastic jacket to any size paperback book is 25 pence per book. If you require any further servicing on your book, just add 5 pence per book per extra.
For example, if you require a book jacketed, with date label, book card and security tag, this would be 40 pence per book. If you have your own security tags or bar codes, simply send them to us and we will fit all books with them for you.
When you place your first order, let us know your requirements and any further orders will be serviced in the same way.
